Cucumber and Cream Cheese Sandwiches
One cucumber
Cream cheese
Cracked wheat sandwich bread
Slice cucumbers very thin. Spread one slice of bread with softened cream cheese. Layer cucumbers on top. Top with another slice of bread. Cut off crusts and cut into triangles.
