Egg Salad Rounds
Hard boiled eggs, chopped
Chopped green onions
Pickle relish
Mayonnaisse
Bread rounds (these can usually be found in your grocery store's bakery section)
Mix all ingredients but bread. Place small scoop on egg salad on each bread round. Garnish with sprinkle of paprika.
