Strawberry Tarts

2 cups strawberries

¼ cup sugar

1 cup whipping cream

Phyllo dessert shells

Puree strawberries with sugar. Whip cream until stiff. Fold in strawberry puree. Pipe into phyllo shells. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
