Policies
Payment:
We accept payment online via Paypal only. Paypal is a secure payments service that will never use or share your information without your permission. Paypal accepts checks, debit cards, credit cards and transfers from your Paypal account. Please note, however that you do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment through them unless it is a transfer from your Paypal account. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping:
We currently ship to the Continental U.S. only via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery confirmation.
Insurance:
Insurance is optional, however highly recommended for any breakable items purchased. We are not responsible for any theft, loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
Order Processing:
Please allow 5 days from the date of payment for your purchase for your order to be processed and shipped. I am a one person operation and work another full time job, so your patience is appreciated. If you provide me with an email address, you will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
Returns:
Items may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund or credit. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and packages must be insured. Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded. |
